1. Acceptance. Accessing and using altcore.mx (the "Site") constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is owned and operated by Angel Ventures México, S.A. de C.V.

2. Nature of the content. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute a public offering of securities, an invitation to subscribe for or acquire securities, or any recommendation, advice or investment counsel. See the Legal Notice for the full scope of this warning.

3. Capacity. By using the Site you represent that you have legal capacity to bind yourself and, where applicable, sufficient authority to act as a representative.

4. Restricted area. Certain sections — including program terms, the educational simulator, and investment materials — are reserved for persons who have represented, under penalty of perjury, that they qualify as institutional or qualified investors under Mexico's Securities Market Law. By accessing them you undertake: (a) that your representation is truthful; (b) not to disclose, reproduce or distribute the materials; (c) not to share your access credentials; (d) to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Angel Ventures may suspend or revoke access at any time, without cause.

5. Educational simulator. The simulator is a learning tool. Its figures are hypothetical illustrations built on assumptions. They are not projections, not promises, and not an offer. Actual results depend on market conditions, the performance of the underlying companies, and the final terms of each vehicle. No investment decision should be made on the basis of the simulator.

6. Intellectual property. All Site content — text, graphics, design, code, trademarks and logos, including "Angel Ventures" and "AltCore" — belongs to Angel Ventures or its respective owners and is protected under applicable Mexican and international law. No licence is granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification or automated extraction without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party logos and marks belong to their respective owners; their presence does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of AltCore by those institutions.

7. Prohibited conduct. You may not access the Site by unauthorised automated means, attempt to breach its security measures, introduce malicious code, impersonate third parties, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

8. Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party sites. Angel Ventures neither controls nor assumes responsibility for their content, policies or practices.

9. Availability and limitation of liability. The Site is provided "as is". Angel Ventures does not warrant uninterrupted availability or freedom from error, and shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Modifications. Angel Ventures may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is published at altcore.mx/en/terms-of-use with its update date.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the federal law of the United Mexican States. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply.
