The credit vehicle's operations are not guaranteed by the Federal Government or any public entity, and are not protected by deposit insurance.

All investment carries risk, including but not limited to: loss of capital (you may lose the entire amount invested); illiquidity (a significant portion cannot be redeemed before a liquidity event, which may never occur); long horizon (measured in years); credit risk (borrowers may default); operational risk (operating companies may not reach expected margins or growth); concentration (the portfolio is concentrated geographically and sectorally in Latin America); currency risk (vehicles operate in Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars); valuation risk (private assets have no observable market price; estimated values may differ from realisable values).
