Angel Ventures México, S.A. de C.V. ("Angel Ventures"), Tax ID AVM080808JW1, with address at Horacio 1501, Colonia Polanco, Mexico City, 11560, Mexico, is the controller responsible for processing your personal data. Data we process. Identification data (name, surname); contact data (email, telephone, country of residence); professional data (company, role); financial or patrimonial data (your representation that you qualify as an institutional or qualified investor, and any information about your investment capacity or intent that you choose to share); browsing data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and the referral code through which you reached this site).

We do not request or process sensitive personal data. Please do not send us information regarding ethnic origin, health, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual orientation, or biometric data. If you do, we will delete it.

Financial or patrimonial data requires your express consent, which you give by ticking the corresponding box. It is never pre-selected.

Necessary purposes (these do not require your consent): to address and follow up on your request; to verify that you qualify as an institutional or qualified investor under Mexico's Securities Market Law; to contact you regarding your request; to grant you access to the educational simulator and program materials; to identify the channel or referral through which you reached this site; to maintain site security and prevent fraud; and to comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements should the relationship advance.

Voluntary purposes (you may decline without any effect on your request): to send you communications about other vehicles, publications, events or content; to invite you to forums, sessions, or the Angel Ventures investor community; to invite you to surveys or market studies.

To limit the use or disclosure of your data for voluntary purposes, write to services@angelventures.vc with the subject "Limitación de finalidades", or use the unsubscribe link in any communication. There is no cost.

Processors and transfers. Airtable, Inc. (request records) and Vercel, Inc. (site hosting), both in the United States, process data on our behalf and under our instructions as processors, not as transfer recipients. Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising purposes. Transfers occur only in the cases contemplated by Article 36 of the LFPDPPP: where required by law or treaty; to companies within the same corporate group operating under the same internal policies; where necessary to perform an obligation arising from our legal relationship; or where required by a competent authority pursuant to a judicial order or duly founded and reasoned decision. Any other transfer requires your prior consent.

ARCO rights. You may Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object to the processing of your data. Send your request to services@angelventures.vc including: your name and a means of reply; a copy of official identification or proof of legal representation; a clear description of the data concerned and the specific right you intend to exercise; and any element that helps locate your data. We respond within 20 business days and, where the request is well-founded, give effect to it within the following 15 business days.

Revoking consent. You may revoke your consent at any time, including express consent for financial or patrimonial data. Revocation has no retroactive effect. Write to services@angelventures.vc, subject "Revocación de consentimiento". The procedure is free of charge. In some cases, revocation may prevent us from continuing to address your request.

Cookies. This site uses one first-party cookie, ac_ref, which remembers the referral code through which you arrived so we can follow up on your request appropriately. It lasts 90 days. We use no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or cookie-based analytics. Our usage metrics are anonymous and aggregated. You may delete ac_ref from your browser settings at any time; doing so does not affect your use of the site.

Security. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Access to request records is restricted to personnel who require it. In the event of a security breach materially affecting your rights, we will inform you without delay.

Changes. The current version is always available at altcore.mx/en/privacy-notice, with the date of last update. If we intend to process your data for a purpose not contemplated here, we will seek your consent again.

Authority. If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may approach the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the competent Mexican authority for personal data held by private parties.
