Venture capital fund

Monato

Monato

Fintech · Infraestructura de pagos · México

All-in-one payments infrastructure for B2B companies in Mexico.

Monato replaces the tangle of banks and providers with a single integration: bill payments, SPEI transfers, disbursements and collections, through one API. It operates under an Electronic Payment Funds Institution (IFPE) license.

Blooms

Blooms

Fintech · Crédito y factoraje · México–EE.UU./Canadá

Working capital for Mexican agricultural exporters.

Blooms finances exporters selling into the United States and Canada, combining technology-assisted credit analysis with the legal protections of cross-border agricultural trade. It serves a growing demand for liquidity in the region's agri-food commerce.

Fillip

Fillip

Medios y entretenimiento · Propiedad intelectual · México

Acquires and develops iconic sports and entertainment IP in Latin America.

Fillip buys stakes in cultural brands with decades of history and professionalizes them: content, licensing and commercial expansion. Its portfolio includes Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide — operated in partnership with WWE —, Kings League, Box to Box LatAm and the licensing agency Tycoon Enterprises.

Soy+

Soy+

Ecosistema digital · Economía plateada · México

A services and community platform for adults over 50.

Soy+ builds an ecosystem of content, benefits and services for Latin America's fastest-growing demographic: health, travel, finance and daily life, with service-provider partnerships and distribution through large-scale partners.

Shorta

Shorta

Medios · Microdramas · América Latina

Short-form series for Spanish-speaking audiences, straight to the phone.

Shorta produces and distributes microdramas — serialized 1-to-3-minute episodes with telenovela-style storytelling — designed for mobile consumption, a format proven at scale in Asia and at an early stage in the Spanish-speaking market.

Saptiva

Saptiva

Infraestructura · Inteligencia artificial · México

Sovereign artificial intelligence infrastructure for Latin America.

Saptiva enables regulated enterprises and governments to run artificial intelligence on local, self-controlled infrastructure — cloud, on-premise or air-gapped — without depending on foreign providers. Founded by the team behind Quiubas (acquired by Twilio). Saptiva is the developer of KAL, presented as the first Mexican large language model.

Operating businesses

Real-economy companies, built or acquired to grow.

Bark & Co.

Bark & Co.

Servicios · Cuidado premium de mascotas · Monterrey, México

Mexico's first vertically integrated premium pet care platform.

Bark & Co. brings veterinary care, grooming, boarding and daycare under one brand — services that in Mexico are offered in fragmented form. It operates with certified stress-free protocols, modern facilities and a fully digital experience: online booking, medical records and live camera access. It is the operating-business vehicle's first investment, with a regional expansion plan starting from Monterrey.

Nami

Alimentos y bebidas · Retail automatizado · Ciudad de México

Self-serve smoothie kiosks, operated by a robotic arm.

At Nami, the customer chooses and pays on a touchscreen, and a machine prepares a fresh smoothie in 60 to 90 seconds. No staff, no lines, operating 24/7 in a two-to-three-square-meter footprint. It is a format proven in Asia that Nami is introducing to the Mexican market.
